Job Description:

A global energy company based in London is looking to implement S/4HANA in the UK, US, and Asia markets. They are seeking an experienced Interim Programme Manager for an initial 6-month contract to lead and manage the implementation, ensuring a successful go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Execution: Developing and executing S/4HANA implementation plans, managing timelines, and monitoring progress.
• Budget Management: Ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicating with business and IT stakeholders, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
• Team Leadership: Overseeing project teams, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to S/4HANA implementation.
• Change Management: Managing the transition, including communication, training, and user adoption.
• Process Optimisation: Identifying and implementing process improvements within S/4HANA.
• Vendor Management: Collaborating with SAP and other vendors for successful implementation.

Experience required:

Strong S/4HANA implementation background, ideally with public cloud experience. Experience in large-scale global IT projects, particularly in energy or construction sectors, and working closely with finance, is highly beneficial.

The role is on a hybrid basis, requiring 2-3 days in the office.
