Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with a placement year.
• Minimum of three A levels at ABB; at least one STEM or social-science subject preferable.
• Valid right to work in the UK for the full internship duration.
• Able to travel to the usual place of work and other sites if needed.
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365; Excel (intermediate); PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting or reviewing RWE study protocols and methodologies.
• Conduct structured research on innovative RWE topics and regulatory trends.
• Summarise findings and present insights to internal stakeholders for planning.
• Support governance and delivery of RWE projects, tracking timelines and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to optimise RWE processes and propose solutions.
• Explore real-world data sources and internal mapping for data ecosystem expansion.
• Assist in inventory platforms for UKIE real-world data sources and studies.
