You will design observational studies, contribute to data strategy, and collaborate across teams within Development and the broader Pharma organization. Strong background in epidemiology/biostatistics and experience with R, SAS or Python is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience with healthcare or real-world data in applied research settings; or an advanced degree with 0-2 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience using statistical software (R, SAS, Python) for data analysis.
• Independent thinking and ability to make decisions based on sound principles.
• Excellent strategic agility and cross-cultural communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design observational studies to address clinical, operational, regulatory, or payer questions.
• Work within established guidelines to contribute to data cleaning, descriptive analytics, and exploratory evidence generation.
• Assist in identifying relevant real-world data sources and performing feasibility assessments under guidance from senior data scientists.
• Apply expertise in observational study methodology to interpret results.
• Build expertise in novel data types, statistical methods, and analytical methodology.
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in RWD methodology and delivery.
• Continuously look for opportunities to broaden knowledge, capabilities and skill set.
