The role blends leadership with hands-on nursing across theatre, inpatient care and consults, guiding the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care. You will oversee a team of veterinary nurses and care assistants, uphold high clinical standards, and support the Head Nurse in a busy, collaborative charity environment that values learning and client care.

Formación

• RVN with current registration and a track record of clinical excellence.
• Experience leading a team of nurses or support staff.
• Strong client communication and compassionate patient care.
• Able to drive a positive, collaborative team culture.

Responsabilidades
