Creature Comforts Beaconsfield is seeking a Head Nurse to lead the nursing team, maintain the highest clinical standards, and drive client satisfaction. You will manage RVNs, PCAs, and SVNs, shaping how our clinical framework is delivered on the ground.

This role blends hands-on nursing with people management, budget awareness, and a focus on performance and professional development as we expand across London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with clinical experience
• Experience in leadership/line management
• Awareness of budgets and finances
• Knowledge of RCVS code of conduct
• Strong IT skills across clinical and practice management systems
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Self-motivated with good time management
• Inclusive leadership and willingness to grow the practice

Responsabilités

• Maintain highest clinical nursing standards and patient care
• Lead nurse consultations and manage rota
• Develop and support RVNs, PCAs, and SVNs
• Drive team engagement and client satisfaction
• Understand clinic P&L and KPIs; manage budgets
• Ensure governance, GDPR, and safety compliance
• Coach nursing students and develop a clear progression plan
