Job summary

Bishopbriggs Vets for Pets in Glasgow (East Dunbartonshire) is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly, supportive team. We offer an excellent salary and flexibility, with both full- and part-time hours and a 1 in 3 Saturday rota.

No Sundays or OOHs, and a strong CPD allowance to support ongoing learning. The practice provides full facilities including in-house lab equipment, ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, tonometer, and dedicated dental unit.

Qualifications

• RVN registered veterinary nurse with strong clinical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in veterinary nursing with interest in animal welfare.
• Enjoys diverse cases and interactions with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Nurses are empowered to use their clinical skills in a supportive environment.
• Maintain high standards in anaesthesia and patient care.
• Assist with diary management to ensure breaks and admin time.
• Learn and develop with opportunities such as a visiting Orthopaedic Specialist.
• Work pattern includes 1 in 3 Saturday rota with no Sundays or OOHs.
