Magnite, the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform, is hiring a Rust Engineer II in Belfast. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site collaboration to build core, real-time systems that process billions of transactions daily.

You will write production-grade code, participate in design discussions, and partner with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable software. Our team values ownership, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Formación

• 2+ years of systems programming experience in Rust, C, C++, Go, Java or a comparable language.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building and operating large-scale, high-traffic enterprise server applications.
• Experience with Low-Latency Mechanics: Threading, concurrency, and memory management with a focus on minimizing latency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical/industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Write production-ready code and unit tests that meet both system and business requirements.
• Respond to feature requests, bug reports, performance issues and ad-hoc questions.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver quality, business critical software.
• Support operation of services in production.
