Job summary

Magnite, Inc. seeks an Engineer II in Belfast to join a team responsible for core, large-scale, real-time systems.

You will design, code, test, and review production software, working with product and engineering peers to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions. You will contribute to low-latency, high-traffic services and participate in on-site and remote work arrangements as part of Magnite's hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical/industry experience.
• 2+ years of systems programming experience in Rust, C, C++, Go, or Java.
• Experience building and operating large-scale, high-traffic enterprise server applications.
• Experience with low-latency mechanics: threading, concurrency, and memory management.

Responsibilities

• Write production-ready code and unit tests that meet system and business requirements.
• Respond to feature requests, bug reports and performance issues.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver quality software.
• Support operation of services in production.
