We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures and projects. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, propose architectural decisions, participate in design reviews, conduct code reviews, and implement solutions to complex problems in blockchain protocols.
• Analyze and resolve difficult issues across blockchain protocols.
• Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to build high-scale backend services.
• Document all code and functionalities thoroughly.
• Work with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to improve the tech stack for long-term initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Passion for building first-class products to solve real-world problems.
• Experience with various technologies, quick learner, and a 'get things done' attitude.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting stakeholder requirements.

• 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably with backend development (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Erlang).
• Hands-on experience with cryptographic primitives (e.g., digital signatures, key exchange, encryption).
• Basic knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms like Raft or PBFT.
• Interest or experience in Go or Rust; familiarity with blockchain internals is a plus but not required.
