What You'll Do

• Design and optimize low-latency distributed systems in a blockchain environment
• Own critical components of core infrastructure from day one
• Solve complex technical challenges with a high degree of autonomy

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in computer science, math, or engineering (degree preferred)
• Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized systems
• Experience with low-latency systems or algorithmic optimization (a plus)
• Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in fast-moving, ownership-driven environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to London
