Are you a Rust Engineer with a passion for developer tooling? Our partners are a well-backed UK/NYC based start-up (£2million) who have developed a Greenfield Rust system that is revolutionising operations in the space and aircraft industry.

In this Rust Engineer role, you will:

1. Prototype and deliver new features in Rust (completely Greenfield development)
2. Work as an individual contributor, closely with the CTO, on intricate, highly complex Rust-based challenges
3. Experiment with code and evaluate performance

The key skills, experience, and requirements for this Rust Engineer position include:

• Shipping performant code using Rust, with proven professional experience in Rust (ideally 3+ years)
• Start-up experience and the ability to be both reactive and proactive
• System design and architecture development

This is a fully remote position in the UK; there will not be an office anytime soon (at least for 3 years). Sponsorship is NOT possible.
