Job summary

Arcus Search is seeking Software Engineers to join a technology-led investment firm building high-performance distributed systems in Rust. This is not a typical backend role. You’ll design core infrastructure powering large-scale platforms, focusing on concurrency, scalability and reliability.

You will design and develop distributed systems in Rust, build core services used across the engineering organisation, and collaborate with engineers on infrastructure projects in a Linux environment.
