We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to enhance our team due to continued firm expansion. Working closely with partners, this role offers extensive direct client interaction and involvement in a variety of stimulating projects.

Responsibilities

  • Working on M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients.
  • Overseeing VC/PE investment endeavours for clients across borders.
  • Proficient drafting of essential documents including sale and purchase agreements, subscription and shareholder agreements.
  • Guiding group structuring and restructuring initiatives.
  • Orchestrating joint venture endeavours.
  • Engaging in general corporate advisory tasks.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Qualified lawyer with substantial experience (4-8PQE) from a reputable practice.
  • Fluent Russian Language skills (Business level)
  • Demonstrable expertise in Corporate M&A.
  • Proven track record of hands-on involvement in relevant legal work.
  • Exceptional project management and time management abilities.
  • Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
