Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Rush Programme Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of Amazon's ultrafast Rush service across EU, from pilot to scaling. You will lead cross-functional teams across tech, operations, design, and last-mile to define new speed capabilities and drive launches across multiple countries.

You will navigate ambiguity, align senior stakeholders, and build scalable operating models and governance to support 2027 expansion and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Rush programme delivery across EU, coordinating across multiple workstreams to meet launch timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between first-mile, last-mile, CX, and design teams.
• Lead communication and reporting to senior stakeholders through bi-weekly flash updates and governance forums.
• Build scalable mechanisms for 2027 expansion, including operating model definition, site selection criteria, and post-launch performance tracking.
