Due to growth, they now need a Rural Valuation Surveyor to join their rural consultancy team, focusing on expanding their rural valuation services. The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 - £45,000, plus car allowance and bonus.

This role involves delivering excellent rural consultancy services, focusing on valuation and project management.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Grow the rural valuation offering alongside the Head of Rural Valuation
  • Perform valuations for loan security, expert witness, and tax and financial reporting purposes
  • Assist in the delivery of major projects
