Position: Rural Surveyor
Employment: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm
Salary: up to £45,000 DOE, with a great bonus scheme

The Role:

As part of the Rural Department, your responsibilities will include:

1. Estate and Property Management
2. Diversification and Planning projects
3. Valuations, Taxation, and Succession consultations
4. Landlord and Tenant relationship management
5. Advice on Agri-environmental Schemes and Grants
6. Land and Property Transactions
7. Renewable Energy initiatives

Key Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have:

1. RICS qualification with at least 2 years PQE
2. Preference for Registered Valuer and FAAV accreditation (not mandatory)
3. Experience in commercial landscapes and achieving targets
4. Strong client service skills
5. Proficiency with web-based case management systems
6. Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Full driving license and access to transportation
9. Good time management skills
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
