Are you a recently qualified Rural Surveyor looking to kickstart your career with a role that offers variety, autonomy, and real progression? We're working with a well-established consultancy seeking talented individuals to join their rural team in the North East and North Yorkshire.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio, supporting clients in the rural, agricultural, and land management sectors. You'll be part of a collaborative team while also enjoying the independence to manage your own projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional, well-reasoned advice to a broad client base
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to team development
  • Advise on restructuring farm businesses to maximise client outcomes
  • Prepare accurate valuations and detailed reports
  • Handle sales and acquisitions of rural property, land, farms, and estates
What We're Looking For:
  • MRICS qualified with a strong foundation in agriculture and rural affairs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of compliance and professional standards
