Rural Surveyor - Monmouthshire (Full-time or Part-time)

Are you a qualified Rural Surveyor looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and well-respected firm? I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established, multi-disciplinary practice with a strong presence across South West and South East Wales.

The Role:

You'll be joining a dynamic rural team, working across a variety of rewarding projects. Depending on your experience, your work may include:

  • Sales of farms, land, and rural property
  • Machinery and collective auctions
  • Compensation and utility claims
  • Rural planning and development
  • Valuations
  • Tenancy and estate management
  • Rural grants and subsidy advice

What We're Looking For:

  • MRICS and FAAV qualified (desirable)
  • Strong technical knowledge in rural surveying
  • Organised, self-driven, and collaborative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property software
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
