Beach Baker is recruiting a Rural Surveyor / Land Agent in Nottinghamshire, offering exposure to estate management, infrastructure, renewables and strategic land projects within a supportive team.

You'll work across a substantial landholding, managing agricultural, residential and commercial interests while supporting landlord/tenant matters, planning and development opportunities for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• 18 months' experience minimum in rural surveying or estate management.
• Willingness to broaden experience across rural property disciplines.
• Interest in landlord and tenant matters, property management, renewables, and development opportunities.

A well-established property and rural business is seeking a Rural Surveyor / Land Agent to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure across estate management, infrastructure, development, renewables and strategic land projects, all within a supportive and highly experienced team.

You’ll work across a substantial and diverse landholding, supporting the management of agricultural, residential and commercial interests while becoming involved in projects that help shape the future of rural land use. From landlord and tenant matters and property management through to renewable energy schemes, infrastructure projects and development opportunities, the role offers genuine breadth and long-term career development.
