A property consultancy firm is seeking a qualified chartered surveyor to join their rural team. This position involves managing client portfolios, providing strategic advice in estate management, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in rural surveying, excellent client management skills, and a collaborative approach to work. Following new opportunities to grow our estate management portfolios, we are looking for qualified chartered surveyors to join our friendly and ambitious rural teams across our Harrogate, Oxford, Marlborough and Winchester offices, working alongside a team of property professionals. Our offices handle the full range of rural surveying, including estate management, property agency, valuations, rural grant applications, compensation, landlord and tenant matters and delivering national framework contracts, throughout the South, East and North.

You will be a chartered surveyor who has a successful track record in delivering excellent rural professional and estate management services and experience in developing relationships with existing and potential clients. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you will need to be flexible in your approach and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team.
