We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced chartered surveyor to join our Rural Surveying team based in Marlborough. The post holder will manage a varied Estate Management portfolio and associated rural professional work and will serve a range of existing private clients across the southern and southwest regions. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to use their skills and experiences to build their own client base, delivering a range of rural professional services to include valuations, agricultural, commercial and residential tenancy matters, agri-environmental advice, project management and hands-on management.

What will it take to be successful?
You will be a RICS charted surveyor with substantial post qualification experience gained within a rural surveyor role. You will have prior experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders and good working knowledge of all relevant legislation including knowledge of landlord and tenant matters encompassing agricultural holdings, farm business, tenancy and housing. The successful candidate will be confident, technically competent, numerate and have excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Additionally, you will have experience of delivering and managing multiple projects, be competent with MS Office and hold a full UK driving licence.
