Hunter Dunning Ltd is working with an independent rural property consultancy to recruit a Rural Surveyor / Land Agent. The role covers north-east England, offering land and property advice across development stages for infrastructure, utilities and renewable energy projects.

You should have rural surveying or land agency experience; MRICS or AssocRICS is preferred, with applicants working toward qualification considered.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS preferred, with experienced applicants working towards qualification considered
• Experience managing Farm Business Tenancies, Licences to Occupy and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and relevant GIS platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
