About the Role

We're looking for a capable and confident rural surveyor to join a well-established team managing a diverse portfolio of private estates in Cumbria. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on estate management, offering the chance to work closely with landowners and contribute to the long-term success of their estates.

You'll be stepping into a key position, supporting existing clients from the get-go.

What You'll Be Doing

• Day-to-day estate management for a range of private clients.
• Working closely with a Director on strategic estate matters.
• Managing a large Cumbrian estate and other private portfolios.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS-qualified rural surveyor, ideally with 2+ years PQE.
• Solid experience in estate management, ideally with private clients.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
