eNL is seeking an experienced Rural & Agricultural Property Solicitor to join its Cumbria team. The role combines advising on farms, land and rural estates with broader residential and commercial property work, providing opportunities to meet landowners and farming clients across the region.

You should have 3+ years PQE in property law, with rural or landed estates experience. You will work directly with clients, deliver practical advice, and help develop new business for the practice within

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in property law with rural/landed estates experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on sale, purchase, leasing and management of farms, land and rural estates.
• Handle residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases and refinancing.
• Deal with agricultural tenancies, rights of way, easements and covenants.
• Support clients with succession planning, estate diversification and development projects.
• Collaborate with private client, corporate, real estate and other teams to provide a joined-up service.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and growth of the practice.
