Job description

Rural Property Solicitor | 3PQE+ | £65k - £80k | Herefordshire | Hybrid Working

If you're a Rural or Commercial Property Solicitor with a passion for the countryside and a genuine interest in agriculture, this is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier Agricultural Property team at one of the UK's most respected regional firms.

This team acts as an NFU panel firm for multiple counties, offering access to high-quality, varied rural property work—including land sales and purchases, leases, easements, and strategic advisory matters for landowners, estates, and farming businesses. You’ll be stepping into a key role where your technical expertise and practical understanding of rural structures will be genuinely valued.

You’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues across multiple offices. The role offers plenty of autonomy, but also strong team collaboration. If you have prior experience advising farmers, estate owners, or rural clients—and especially if you have a background or interest in farming life—this team will feel like home.

This firm doesn’t just want someone to handle transactions—they’re looking for someone who can build trust, nurture relationships, and become a long-term advisor to their rural client base.

The firm offers hybrid working as standard, with a welcoming office environment, hot desking options, and regular team events. The benefits package is flexible and competitive—think Private Medical Insurance, Dental Cover, Health Checks, and additional perks tailored to your personal and family needs.
