An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural & Rural Property Solicitor to join the specialist rural team of a well-established and highly respected regional law firm in Sheffield. This is a firm with longstanding roots in the local market, a loyal client base, and a strong reputation for quality, service, and collegiate culture.

The Role:
You will be joining a highly regarded team advising a broad client base across the agricultural and landed estates sector, including farmers, landowners, rural businesses, and institutions. The work is interesting and varied and may include:
· Buying and selling agricultural land and estates
· Farm business tenancies and licences
· Agricultural succession and estate planning (in collaboration with private client colleagues)
· Easements, rights of way, and rural development issues
· Renewable energy and diversification projects
You'll enjoy autonomy in your work with partner support as needed, and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships in a genuinely friendly and collaborative team.

Candidate Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years' PQE with a background in real estate or agricultural/rural property
· Previous experience handling rural property matters, or a genuine interest in this specialist area
· Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, client-focused approach
· Keen to play a part in the continued growth of the team, with business development encouraged and supported
