Legal Director – Regulatory & Compliance | Aberdeen (Rural Solicitor/Senior Solicitor)

My client is seeking a rural solicitor/senior solicitor to join its leading team in Aberdeen. This role offers high quality rural property work including the sale and purchases of farms, estates and forestry, renewable energy developments, and advising landlord and tenants on agricultural tenancies.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to high-quality rural property matters, including sales and purchases of farms, estates and forestry.
  • Support renewable energy development projects from a rural property perspective.
  • Advise landlord and tenants on agricultural tenancies and related issues.
  • Apply appropriate legal knowledge with strong advocacy, time management and problem-solving skills to manage complex rural property matters.
