Rural Property Solicitor - Agricultural Property Team

We are looking for a Rural Property Solicitor to join our Agricultural Property team in our Ross-on-Wye office. We are well respected for our work in agriculture and act as an NFU appointed panel firm for members in several counties of the UK, bringing a variety of interesting quality work. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience as an Agricultural Property Solicitor or a Commercial Property Solicitor with a genuine interest in agriculture.
  • Some knowledge of farming and rural business structures.
  • Experience dealing with landowners, farmers, or rural estates.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work such as:

  • Handling rural property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, etc.
  • Advising clients on rural property matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating agreements.

This is a hybrid position based in our Ross-on-Wye office, with opportunities to collaborate with other fee earners within the Agricultural Property team at our other offices.
