Openwork is seeking an adviser based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The role supports both employed and self‑employed options, with commuting to the office and travel to meet clients.

A base salary of £45,000–£55,000 is offered, plus progression potential into Wealth Advice and a long‑term position in the business. Benefits include generous leave, pension contributions, life insurance, and a bonus/commission discussion at the employed option stage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-focused advice aligned with individual needs and objectives.
• Analyse clients’ financial situations to determine appropriate mortgage options.
• Utilise the training and support provided by the firm and chartered mentorship.
• Manage client records and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable and current regulatory requirements.
• Promote your services through networking and marketing, to grow your client base.
