Job summary

Openwork Ltd in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, seeks an adviser who can generate own business, either as Employed or Self-Employed. The role requires commuting to the office and a full driving licence.

You will benefit from a £45,000–£55,000 basic salary (employed) with potential progression into Wealth Advice. There is 33 days annual leave, a 5% employer pension contribution, life insurance, and a bonus/commission structure. Admin support is provided, plus learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-focused advice aligned with individual needs and objectives.
• Analyse clients’ financial situations to determine appropriate mortgage options.
• Utilise the training and support provided by the firm and chartered mentorship.
• Manage client records and ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable and current regulatory requirements.
• Promote your services through networking and marketing, to grow your client base.
