• Extensive post‑qualification experience in rural practice.
• Strong specialist experience managing rural estates for private clients.

• Strategic, creative and commercially minded thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of a prestigious Private Estates portfolio.
• Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Develop innovative strategies to improve client outcomes and grow the department.
• Advise on rural estate and land management matters.
• Identify cross‑divisional opportunities and introduce additional services.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members.
• Take responsibility for the profitability and commercial performance of instructions.
• Support the team’s business development, marketing and growth strategy.
• Help shape the future direction of the Rural Division.
