Mentera in Wales seeks a Development Officer for North Ceredigion to support and grow the Farming Connect programme across the county. You will collaborate with farmers, agricultural businesses and industry stakeholders to promote services, facilitate knowledge transfer, and create opportunities for growth.

You will build strong relationships, organise events, and ensure clients receive the necessary support and information to plan confidently for the future of their businesses.
