Job summary

KC Group Recruitment is working with a leading firm to recruit a Client Accounting Manager. The role targets ACA/ACCA qualified professionals to deliver high-quality accounting, tax and advisory services to rural and agricultural clients.

Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are offered, with on-site parking options depending on location. The successful candidate will manage a mixed portfolio, provide strategic insights, and mentor junior staff while developing long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified and practicing accountant
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships
• Commercial and advisory mindset
• Proficiency in Excel, Xero and Sage

Responsibilities

• Overseeing preparation and completion of annual accounts and business tax computations for a varied client portfolio.
• Providing advice on remuneration planning and profit forecasts.
• Advising on capital taxes and reviewing VAT returns.
• Building and maintaining trusted client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to add value through tax planning and wider advisory work.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
