Responsibilities include completing trauma-informed assessments, developing action plans, and creating a safe, trusting environment using trauma-informed practices. You will also develop and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, including Councils, Police, and Fire services. Supporting and supervising volunteer Peer Advisors is also a key aspect of this role.
