Soho House in Banbury is seeking a Runner to support kitchen and front-of-house teams. Deliver orders promptly, keep work areas tidy, and assist wait staff to ensure members enjoy a superior dining experience. The role requires 2–3 years in a similar setting and strong wine and service knowledge.
You will rotate between delivering to tables, polishing cutlery, and helping with station setup and closings, while staying communicative with the team and maintaining professionalism.
At Soho House, a Runner plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. As a key link in the dining experience, the Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the service areas. .
Y our main responsibility is to assist the waiting staff and make sure the member gets a superior experience. You will deliver food orders from the kitchen (or drinks orders from the bar) to members’ tables, acting as a point of contact between the kitchen/bar and the floor.
