Soho House is seeking a dedicated Runner to support seamless service between the kitchen and front-of-house. You will deliver food and drinks promptly, help maintain a pristine dining area, and assist staff to ensure a superior member experience.
You will also polish cutlery, prepare table additions, and participate in opening/closing procedures. A high-end dining background and strong communication are essential for this role.
At Soho House, a Runner plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of service between the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams. As a key link in the dining experience, the Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the service areas. .
Y our main responsibility is to assist the waiting staff and make sure the member gets a superior experience. You will deliver food orders from the kitchen (or drinks orders from the bar) to members’ tables, acting as a point of contact between the kitchen/bar and the floor.
