Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Runner to join one of the UK’s leading hospitality groups. You will help create unforgettable guest experiences by delivering warm welcomes and supporting a high-performing team across our brands, including airport locations.

Candidates with customer-facing experience are welcome, and airport shifts can start as early as 3am, with early finishes. A positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and deliver excellent guest service.
• Support team members to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
• Assist with delivering food and beverages as required and coordinate with the front of house team.

We'd love you to have experience in a customer facing role, but it's not essential. You're someone who can provide excellent hospitality to our guests, no matter what time they are dining with us, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. Early starts mean early finishes!
