Sun Lemsford is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team.

About the pub

Sun Lemsford brings people together over premium drinks and live events in stylish surroundings where energy builds from day to night.

A full refurbishment of this pub is planned to help you drive trade. Applicants should be aware that all refurbishments are subject to final board approval which will be determined as part of the leasing process.

Located in a suburban setting, Sun Lemsford benefits from a strong local catchment, with 5,882 adults living within walking distance of the pub. There are two competing pubs in the area, both of which are heavily food-led and focused on lunchtime trade, giving the Sun an opportunity to create a broader offer across the week.

The pub currently attracts a predominantly wet-led, drinks-focused customer base. Following the refurbishment, the aim is to broaden its appeal to a more diverse mix of customers, including families and casual diners, while encouraging more walk-in and destination visits.

The offer

The Sun will combine its Contemporary pub concept with a Good Pub, Good Food style, supported by an improved dining area and upgraded catering kitchen. A contemporary Just Add Talent menu will sit alongside a good range of lagers and an established coffee offer.

Trade will be driven through food, drinks, coffee, live sport and events. The planned sports offer is intended to strengthen mid-week trade, while an external TV will give customers the opportunity to watch sport in the garden. The improved outdoor space will also help extend the amount of time the garden can be used throughout the year. We're also really interested to hear your ideas on how you would drive trade.
