The Farmers Boy Rushall, part of The Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy, invites you to take charge of a vibrant community pub on a busy residential corner near Walsall. This is a full-time opportunity to build a thriving local hub through hospitality, live sport, and social events.
The site offers live sports, live entertainment, and pub games alongside a selection of beers, ciders, wines and spirits. Salary is negotiable; closing date is 26 November 2026.

What would you do with this pub to make it a success?
The Farmers Boy is situated on a prominent, corner position in a busy residential area on the edge of Walsall. It is well placed to become a hub of the local community.
The pub benefits from being the only pub in the estate in an area of around 3700 adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to own and grow the local market. The customer base spans a wide range of ages.
Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. The potential of this pub lies in developing a well thought through 20/80 food & drinks offer. What food & drinks would you look to implement in the pub?
The site currently has the ability to drive trade through live sports, live entertainment, and a selection of pub games, such as pool and darts. It offers a selection of popular beers, ciders, wines, and spirits. We're always open to new ideas; what would you do to drive trade?
