The area

The Bell Inn is located in the market town of Leominster, only 12 miles from Hereford. The pub is surrounded by residential housing.

Demographics

The pub benefits from being on a busy residential street with around 3000 adults. The majority customer base is made up of a good mix of young to mature adults.

The offer

Available on our foundation tenancy agreement. The potential of this pub currently lies in developing a strong wet-led offer. The pub does have a kitchen on site so an operator with the right drive and vision could potentially introduce a food offer. What would you look to implement in the pub?

The site currently has the ability to drive trade via live sports, Darts and pub games machines. It offers a selection of popular beers, ciders, wines and spirits, and coffees. We're always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade?
