The Anvil Inn Sutton Coldfield, operated by The Star, is seeking a hands-on pub manager to run the venue under our management agreement model. This full-time role offers leadership of a small team, delivering great hospitality to locals with the support of Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy, including training, health and safety systems, and ready-to-go stock and till processes.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, managing operations, and building a year-round calendar
