Overview

The Twelve Knights is a thriving community pub with 10 hotel rooms situated in the centre of Port Talbot. The pub attracts all demographics and has a strong local community following, with regular quizzes, bingo, and entertainment events.

Currently, weekly sales average £15,000 with a sales mix of 60% Wet, 30% Dry, and 10% Hotel. There is potential to increase drinks and food sales through marketing events and improving standards in the pub and hotel rooms.
