Job summary

Ceva Animal Health in the UK is seeking a part-time Territory Manager on a fixed-term maternity cover to maintain and develop relationships with the top 20 accounts in the territory. The role involves three days per week of face-to-face customer interaction to protect revenue, sustain service levels and identify growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in the Animal Health industry, strong knowledge of the ruminant sector, and a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Animal Health industry.
• Strong knowledge of the ruminant sector, including dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Experience working directly with farmers, veterinary practices, or other livestock industry stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in a commercial or customer-facing role.
• Experience identifying and developing sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritise activity to maximise customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the territory's top 20 customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to maintain engagement and identify opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and of the wider territory.
• Ensure customers receive a high standard of service, support, and communication.
• Protect existing revenue streams and customer loyalty across the territory.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing customer accounts and respond to enquiries.
