Throughout the years, the Rugby Programmes at The Henley College have gone from strength to strength, producing several international rugby players in both the boys' and girls' programmes. In 2024, the college's boys were crowned the AoC U18’s Premiership Champions 2024 and AoC Sport Men’s Rugby Premier League B Winners 2024. The girls' programme was also crowned England Colleges Girls’ 7’s Winners 2024.

The Henley College is seeking a motivated and analytical Performance Analyst to support the Head Coach and Programme Manager. The role involves delivering performance analysis services for the Rugby programme, including planning, training, pitch-side filming for training and fixtures, and administrative support for both the girls' and boys' rugby teams.
