We are looking for a Rugby Assistant to help lead our student athletes through weekly training and fixtures. Working under the Head of Enrichment, you will develop player skills, inspire confidence, and promote exemplary conduct on and off the field.
The successful candidate will have experience of rugby coaching and a genuine enthusiasm for developing young people through sport. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to student welfare and safeguarding, and the ability to create a positive, inclusive and enjoyable environment in which students can thrive. You will also be expected to provide First Aid cover, undertake appropriate risk assessments and ensure that health and safety remains a priority throughout all coaching activities.

You will be expected to participate in relevant College training, promote equality, diversity and inclusion, and work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider aims of the College.
The successful candidate will have a valid First Aid qualification, or be willing to undertake the necessary training, and will need to be available to attend regular training sessions and fixtures.
