The Society is looking for a motivated Sports Therapist to join the Activate Rugby Academy at City of Oxford College. This part-time position (15 hours/week) based at Harcourt Hill Campus involves working with young athletes, providing injury assessment and rehabilitation support, and ensuring their development both on and off the field. The role requires pitch side experience and a commitment to safeguarding. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-performance sports environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ability with injury assessment and exercise-based rehabilitation.
• Experience pitch side and taping with rugby players is advantageous.
• Commitment to safeguarding young athletes.

Responsabilités

• Support daily delivery and management of the girls rugby programme.
• Assist with clinics on training days and pitch side cover during games.
• Build positive relationships with players and colleagues.
