We are seeking a Ruby Software Engineer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails development for a leading software provider. You will work on a globally recognized, niche product within its sector. If you're passionate about working in a modern, tech-for-good environment, collaborating closely with a CTO and Head of Engineering to advance the product suite, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

Ideally, you should have experience in:

1. Ruby on Rails
2. Front End frameworks - preferably Vue, React, or Stimulus.js
3. Architectural design
4. SQL
5. Agile/TDD methodologies
6. Python (beneficial)

You must demonstrate experience in adopting these technologies within scalable, highly secure, data-driven, accessible, and compliant environments. Experience collaborating across tech teams, stakeholders at all levels, and third-party providers for integration with CRM, CMS, and payment platforms is essential.
