The Role :

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience in developing secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatism in choosing the best tools for each problem, and candidates will play a key role in developing core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience managing large systems (following SRE principles)
• API development and integration experience
• Proficiency in testing complex applications using test-driven development
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications
• Experience with OpenCV and/or other image manipulation tools (preferred)

This is a fully remote position. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your daily work will be from home.
