Ruby Developer - Remote - UK based - Up to £85K - SaaS

Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS startup that is at a pivotal growth stage and requires a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team.

They have developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They seek experienced developers who are excited about building unprecedented solutions. With unique business and scaling challenges, they need problem solvers to tackle technical hurdles.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience in creating secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

They are pragmatic in selecting the best tools for the task and expect candidates to take a lead role in developing core technologies across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems, following an SRE approach
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using TDD
• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools is a plus

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your daily work will be from home.
