Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal stage of its growth and is seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join the team.

They have already developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They are looking for experienced developers who are excited about building innovative solutions. Facing unique business and technical challenges, they need problem solvers capable of overcoming complex issues.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience in developing secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The company values pragmatic use of the best tools for each problem and expects candidates to take a lead role in developing their core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience managing large systems following SRE principles
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using a test-driven approach
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools would be advantageous

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While there are occasional meetings and social events, daily work will primarily be from home.
